C is For…CHALUPAS!!!

Yesterday Lent ended. After my counseling appointment, I went to Taco Bell and got some CHALUPAs. I LOVE Chalupas! This is my favorite item from Taco Bell. It’s kind of weird because in the beginning of Lent, I didn’t crave fast food at all. It was near the end of Lent that I starting craving it. It seems like it would have been the other way around. Anyway, I’ve been thinking about it and knowing that I made it through Lent (which is 40 days), without fast food, maybe I can keep from eating it so often. Maybe have it once a week or less. That would save me money and would be a lot healthier. Sometimes I can do really well, and then I go through a depression period and eat out a lot. When I am in a depression period, I don’t feel like cooking or caring. But then I do really care, and hate myself for eating out, and then gaining weight. I’m going to try to keep the eating out to a bare minimum now. CAN I DO IT?

    I cut my wine consumption down to twice a week. If I can do that, you can do this!

      1. I love to sing too, just not around other people. Unless it’s in a group, that’s OK. I don’t do serenades though. LOL
